At Women’s Expeditions, every journey is thoughtfully planned in advance, including transportation, activities, meals, and other arrangements. Because reservations and commitments are made before each expedition, the following cancellation policy applies.

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Customer Cancellations
14 or more days before the scheduled expedition: Full refund
7–13 days before the scheduled expedition: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the scheduled expedition: No refund

As many trip expenses are finalized before departure, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within seven days of the expedition.While refunds cannot be issued within seven days of departure, Women’s Expeditions may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future expedition when circumstances allow.

Reservation Transfers

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. When possible, reservations may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from Women’s Expeditions.

Changes or Cancellations by Women’s Expeditions

If Women’s Expeditions cancels an expedition due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive either:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer their payment to another available expedition.
Missed Departures

Participants who arrive after the scheduled departure time or do not attend the expedition without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Weather

Many expeditions operate rain or shine. If weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed, Women’s Expeditions will notify participants as soon as possible and provide available options.

Women’s Expeditions reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, destinations, or activities when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any substitutions will be made with the goal of providing an experience of equal quality.
